"  Digital Economy Bill debate ignored by 95 percent of MPs

It was before a peak audience of just 40 MPs that the Digital Economy 
Bill had its second reading in the House of Commons last night.

The Second Reading took place yesterday, and, as we predicted, the 
turnout was pitiful thanks to the Prime Minister's announcement of the 
date of the General Election that afternoon. There was just 5 percent 
of the total of 646 members present when the chamber was at its 
busiest. "
