Might be of some interest to some of you.  

RedHat's version of how to create and nurture communities of 
contributors.  Something that I've taken for granted for ten years 
being one of the people who helped to create open source communities.  
Other people might not be so fortunate.  The guide gives a few clues 
to people who know nothing about open source software.  Probably not 
much point in showing it to people who have only ever seen Microsoft 
software.
