It'll get posted about sooner or later, so I may as well do it sooner :-)
Apparently the final door has closed in the eight-year Novell/SCO debacle.

So this leaves what was a huge UNIX company to all intents and purposes
non-existant; the plan by the new CEO in 2002 (who was eventually ousted)
to get money through litigation failed.
