Thread-topic: Suggestion for graphics card

Has anyone got any suggestions for a graphics card that will give the full Gnome3 experience as with openSuse12.1. It ideally needs to be passive, suitable for 24/7 operation (it's my home server) with dual DVI / VGA outputs.

I've got a nVidia 8400GS at the moment which is restricted to fallback mode.
