[Sheflug] Apache

This is something which is covered at ApacheCon.  But I thought that 
someone might like to get hold of something from my personal archive.  
ApacheCon 2000 London.  If you go here you can download the CD archive 
which was handed out at the conference.

I know that a lot of people out there are using and developing 
Lighthppd but this might be of historical interest to someone out 
there.
