Re: [Sheflug] ShefLUG - August 2018 Meeting

Hi Richard,
I'm not doing well reading emails properly so I've turned up an hour early.  I am currently sat in the community room which is at the opposite end to the Cafe and is a nice space.  The only thing missing that would make it perfect is the lack of a projector, apart from that it is a nice space to meet in.
See you shortly.

Hi

The Next Meeting meeting will take place on the afternoon of the
18th of August 2018 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. We thought that our
August meeting might go down well at the The Morrisons meeting
room. The address is...  Morrisons, 699 Penistone Road Hillsborough
Sheffield S6 2GY

When you get to Morrisons look for the signs for the community room.

If you don't have a car then you might like to know that there are
plenty of buses around. Call 01709 515151 for bus information.
Use Google maps if you don't know where Morrisons is. You can
take the tram to Hillsborough to the Wetherspoons tram stop and walk
across the road.  Tea and coffee is available. There is a good selection
of food.
Look out for someone sitting next to a laptop at the back of the cafe.

The topic of the meeting will be a general discussion or we can fix
some hardware or software. If you need some help with that kind of
thing we can probably point you in the right direction. If you want
to know more about anything please come along and ask questions.
The most recent releases of Ubuntu, OpenSuSE and Fedora will
probably be discussed. Just about any version of GNU/Linux or
BSD is welcome. Most people who come along to our meetings
have used most versions of GNU/Linux and the BSDs.
