Real men use `telnet ... smtp'.

Here's the short course in SMTP 101, typos and all.  All you need to
do to relay through ecosse.net is to _say_ you're from ecosse.net.
Conversely, if you really _are_ from ecosse.net but don't say you are,
you lose.  :-(
