[Sheflug] USB Web Cams

Any body using USB web cams  with linux.

I've got a Creative webcam and would like to find a linux driver for it
I found the cpia web cam driver project.  Anybody know much about this type
of thing?  Also any software for conferencing ( a la netmeeting) ?
