I might have a spare - I'll check this eve. Places worth checking out though
are computer fairs. I found my first transciever at one of them for a fiver.
I know I have two, but I might have a third, in which case I do have a
spare :) (of the other two, one hangs off the back of an IPC, and the other
is a spare for any other kit that comes my way).

Transcievers are starting to turn to gold dust almost, being rare to dig out.
Buying them new will cost in the region of 20 quid, which to me seems a lot
of money for what they do.

If you want to knock up a cable, then look at page 14 of this Acrobat
document:
        http://www.rtdusa.com/manuals/cm202man.pdf

There's also a plaintext pinout at:
        http://ftp.ru.xemacs.org/pub/pc/hardware/veryold/thicknet.txt

Beyond that, wait 'til this 'eve when I'm home and can do some digging about.
