Projects

Over the years, I have created a few minor projects related to Amateur radio. The "BSX1" and "BSX2" Packet radio terminal radio node controllers were born out of a desire to experiment with packet radio at minimum cost at a time when funds were tight. These projects were purely for my own benefit. However, as is the nature of interesting projects, other amateurs also became interested in them and the projects snowballed.

Two modems are also presented here. Firstly, a replacement for the venerable AM7910 World Modem used in the "BSX2" and secondly, a 2400 bps design usable with most TNC2 clones.

Software projects have been numerous - none of them great erudite works and some downright embarrasing but they served their purpose!
