Here's the installation diary for my dual boot 95/RH5.2...

1. Read the FIPS documentation.
2. Sweat profusely and decide not to bother
3. Sleep on it
4. Take bull by horns
5. Never look back (well, make sure noone's looking)

OK, that was the flippant answer.

There might be oddities with 98 (something to do with 98's filesystem
being not quite 95?)
but if you have any specific questions, I'll help where I can.
