What version of RH is this? You have to be careful with FIPS Win98 -
most versions of RedHat don't have a FIPS that recognises FAT32, which
Win98 uses. It *could* trash your hard drive.
Personally, I don't know how much you want to spend, but I would recommend
Caldera OpenLinux 2.2 for someone who wants quick easy Linux. This has a
Windows installer comes with Partition Magic Lite, so it'll take care of
your partitions. Also, if anything goes wrong you have telephone support.
Note that this isn't like other varients of linux - for a start, it's not
completely free software - but it'll get you up and running with no sweat
whatsoever, and you can always install a RedHat over it at a later stage.
