netscape error

dear all,
I have a problem with a printing error in netscape. I'm using Suse 6.1
and Netscape 4.6.. when I try to print from netscape I get this error --
sh:error in loading libaries. libc.so 5: cannot open shared object
file: no such file or directory Can anyone explain this to me?
slove the problem?
I've reinstalled to Libc file. Point me in the direction of help?
