Yep, I've used VMware before, plus some of those other vmclones. . . I
believe there's also a freemware project going on somewhere. I was
interested, in part with the ability to run Win bins natively, but also
the 'compatibility library' section of stuff - things for porting apps,
etc. Popping some wrappers around code like that would make an interesting
alternative to QT/wxWindows/etc. Very interesting. . .

Or Gnome . . . heh, come to think of it, there are a number of programs I
could say awful stuff about. . . but I shouldn't ;)
