Assuming the flag is correct (isn't it -initialize ? Does it matter?!),
then the file can't be there. . . it's definitely in the right case
everything? Did you directly cut paste that error message? Did you
compile it yourself? And is it version 2?

Aren't there security concerns with it or something? I remember something
about it ages ago dumping cores all the time or something.. .

Security is always one of the hardest things to do. I've heard good stuff
about satan though, might be a good start . .. .
