Hi Bob,

I cannot determine what the problem might be with netscape; if I call
the netscape version that comes with SuSE 6.1 as user, I have to accept
the lizense and that´s it. After that I can work with it.

Staroffice on the other hand is another matter. You have to install it
as root, but with the /net (or /n) option. This creates -you have to
tell the path- a /opt/office50 path with the program below that.
Floating around below that tree, you´ll find a ../bin dir, in which
there´s another setup. This is called by the user to do a user
installation. Have your media key handy, if possible connect to the
internet to register.
