Upgrade

Hi,

How does one upgrade from RedHat 5.2 to RedHat 6.1? I think I know about
straightforward kernel upgrades (it tells me in Linux Answers!) but I
suspect there is a lot more to it in this case as there seem to be quite
a few differences in libraries and supplemental programs. Would it be
easiest to just boot the machine from a new 6.1 boot disk and install as
though it is a fresh installation (except that I suspect this way would
lose other programs I have loaded) or is there a simpler way? I don't
seem to be able to find a relevant HOWTO. Thanks.
