SuSE 6.3 is a worthwhile upgrade from what I've seen. YaST2 seems to be
getting good reviews (I've not used it myself BTW), although those who
always hated YaST are probably going to still hate it. Myself, I rather
liked YaST. . .

Seems to come with some decent software too - I'd get it just to play with
the Hummingbird eXceed demo, although it's time limited. . . plus, it's
also an excellent reason for me to get a DVD drive ;)

By 'kick started', are we talking physical force here ?! Might be time to
get a new HD in that case ;))
