Hmm, nothing to worry about really. . . . I believe it's a bug in KDE

Leave it how it is: if it works with Win98, then the hardware and
everything is fine; if linux can't handle it, it's then linux's fault.

There is a lot of support for ISA devices in linux. There is a Modem-HOWTO
IIRC, or something similar. You'll also find it useful to read the man
pages for pnpdump, pnpprobe isapnp. They look complicated, but the HOWTO
should lead you through all that. . . and you can always come back here if
you get stuck ;)
