Don't lump all the free ISP's together. I use freenetname and have no trouble
what so ever. I can connect first time every time using Mandrake 6.1.

I have also used VIrgin, Lineone, BTclick, Waitrose without any problems. I
can't comment on Freeuk as I have never used them.

I pay nothing to freenetname and the service is excellent.
