Eudora does it - it's a hack, and you have to <blonde> like, edit the INI
file </blonde> to do it. It's supported on the server side in qpopper, and
Steve Dorner (the guy who wrote Eudora and got nothing much out of it) had
David Harris put server-side support for it into Mercury. It's never been
documented well, if at all, and the IETF has stated that they're not
interested in any POP3 extensions that allow sending - it'll never make
RFC, even if they *did* submit it.
