Arrgghh. RT Linux.. having spent a while playing with (fighting) GNAT /
rtems, I don't envy you at all ;)))
Firstly, did you get the right kernel? I thought rt linux was only to be
applied to certain trees, 2.0.37 and 2.2.13. Did diff give any error
messages whilst applying the patch?
Another thing you could try is a precompiled rt kernel - I'm sure they're
available somewhere...
The other thing to do is to redo everything; making sure you didn't do
anything silly (compile the kernel for smp, for example) - this type of
error message generally indicates a badly setup lilo, badly compiled
kernel, or a kernel bug. But I guess you knew that already ;)
