And they refused? Exchange also has a web interface, I'm sure with some
simple perl LWP:: code or lynx -source in shell scripts you could pull email
out and feed it to $MAIL.

I don't actually mind netscape email, which is saying something because I'm
very fussy when it comes to email clients, I've used loads in my time and NS
had enough advantages for me to feel it was on of the top ones.

I'm very impressed at your success in formatting your emails correctly,
Outlook makes life VERY hard to get it right, infact I think it should be
reported as a bug to MS, the options available to you (about 4) don't include
any normal formatting layout. Most of this list format emails in the age old
Usenet style quoting, used for over 20 years. Most Outlook users, like 99%
of the BBC :( Quote upside down, making following a thread, or replying very
difficult.
I'm getting more and more worried that the correct way to write and reply to
emails will be lost in the growing wave of new computer owners, with MS's
packaged email client forcing the wrong way on people.
I'm starting to campaign, I've already got example email's in html form for a
website I'll present to the other parts of BBC Technology.
