Sendmail (AGAIN!!!)

Well, I seem to have sendmail set up in a reasonable sort of way, except
for one thing... when I used to collect e-mail with fetchmail, it would go
straight to my inbox. Now I have to use sendmail -q to make it deliver.

Why is this, and how do I fix it?
