	Apparently, NMI (according to my sources is a Non Maskable
Interrupt, and it is complaining about the quality of your RAM. Try
testing your RAM with the BIOS (parity check or something along those
lines).

	Also, this could be due to APM (power saving modes). Do you have
any of these selected on your BIOS?

	Hmm, that does suggest that your RAM is fine (didn't read these
two lines before :D), what about the Power Management?

	Not likely, as this is a kernel problem. Maybe if you could use
a newer distribution with a newer kernel and with all the power saving
bundled into it... But I guess that it wouldn't make much of a
difference.
	Sorry I can't give you the ultimate answer :) But I'm sure
someone else might provide some extra info.
