ISP replacements please!

 Anyone got any suggestions for a fast free ISP?

 I`m after a backup for my current ISP, which is freenet (.co.uk) -
which until 2 days ago has been great. Apparently they are getting more
lines/modems soon..

 Right now I`m getting a lot of busy tones.

 I`ve registered with UKLinux.net - however I noticed that the access
numbers are very similar to freenet (0845 662 nnnn) and one of the DNS
servers are the same....surprise, surprise, busy tone from them too. :(
