HELP!

i hope someone on the list gets this........ i've been trying to get through
for days now
my mail is all screwed up as far as the list is conserned. i recieve all the
mail but can't post any (some may see that as a blessing :-)

i've checked all my config (not that i changed anything in the first place!)
mail everywhere else is fine.
i was getting errors about sheflu-bounce [at] ....... 
but thats stoped now?
the only thing i can find is an email stuck on my isp's server. i get the
following message when i try to retrieve it....

nameserver failure for wulfric7.co.uk
.not flusshed

i'm using sendmail (out the box.... no fancy stuff.... i haven,t even looked at
the sendmailcf) and fetchmail.
