Hullo,

I have a problem. With SuSE 6.2 and a Voodoo graphics card, all MESA and
Glide and OpenGL stuff worked like a dream. Now, however, none of it
works. Here's whats changed...

Upgraded to Voodooo II
Put on SuSE6.3 beta (mistake) and then SuSE6.3 demo (and again)
Upgraded to kernel 2.2.14

Now, whenever I try to use the Voodoo II, the screen either blanks and
refuses to come back till I shut down ( CTRL-ALT F1, CTRL-ALT-DEL -- The
safe way), or, the application grabs the keyboard and mouse by the throat
and will not let go!!! All I can do is switch console, kill the process,
and hope it all returns to normal. Failing that, kill X.

Any help with this would be great. I have read the 3DFX howto with no
success, and need some pointers.
