BT Call Prices
Hello
Just called 150 to ask about the UKP30 offer for internet access and I
was told to phone 0800 800001. When I got to that number I was told
to phone 150. Back to 150, the BT robot says "we have many people
waiting call back later". That only took two hours.
So, far it's been explained to me that if I want to use the internet
from home then I have to pay the normal prices. If I want to pay the
flat rate of UKP30 then I have to use BT as my ISP. Since I use Linux
with ISDN2e this isn't possible. In fact there isn't a free ISP
service for the Linux user with ISDN2e.
What's the point in advertising a lower cost service when it doesn't
exist ??
Thanks
