I can't talk about the newbie install, because I didn't do it, but I want
an expert installer available too :( I might have to start changing distro
soon.. poo.

I like Drake for the number of sensible auto-magic features it has, but I
don't know anymore. The distro->distro upgrade route up versions of
Mandrake doesn't seem to be quite as 'stable' as other distros, might have
to start rolling my own again. It also broke all the changes I'd made to
my init sequence, which was a right pain in the bum.
