You might also try Webmin, whic exposes a lot more options, including
alaiasing (which updates /etc/aliases), than YaST manages. Webmin is
becoming a favourite config tool on my main box, as there is no attempt to
over-simplify the configs, jut to present them in an accessible graphical
interface.
