RAID or md options.

Hey guys.

My system consists of two EIDE drives, one which contains Linux, the
other a particular OS which I`ll not name :).

 That second drive must return to the one true path.

 However, rather than just partitioning/formatting it and shuffling a
few things around, is there anyway to setup a RAID 0 configuration
without starting everything over?

 I`ve had a look through a few HOW-TO`s, but I can`t see much to help me
here.
