Looks like MS EULA or something related ?  It's not me that wishes to
be pedantic.  It's just that I've had a lot to do with legal affairs
of one osrt or another within the UK.  I am frequently told that "the
law is an ass" and other things like "If I were you I wouldn't bother
to talk to a legal personage about any of this".

It's not that simple.  You are trying to make a complete series of
complex regulations look like the sort of thing that an un-educated
bushie could get to grips with in two seconds.
