There is nothing in the Microsoft EULA specifying location or premises -
open the EULA & search it for either term.
To look at it in broader terms, what's the implication of wandering in
wearing a Walkman playing a legit tape ?
You'd be in more serious trouble playing cds for the entertainment of the
visitors which is in breach of the copyright act and would result in
royalties due to the artist & publisher. This is also very unlikely but
didn't seem to cause any bother on the first demo week.
