 If the scanner isn`t used under Linux, I wouldn`t worry about it too
much..it`ll just be ignored (guessing here).

 I must admit I haven`t used zip + printer (since I don`t own
one)...however I can`t see there being any bother...build in the zip
module to be on the safe side, and load the printer module at boot.
