SED now sorted

Thanks to Jim and Matt, the sed problem has now been sorted.

FWIW
Jims answer was to remove the escaping /s and encompase the
whole lot in double quotes in an env var. Then use double quotes
when referencing the env var on the cli.

Simple when you think about it.

Cheers J & M.

The nice thing about Windows is that it doesn't just crash.
It displays a dialogue box and lets you click OK first.
