XFree86 4.0 (again)
Further to my last post...
I have made a new XF86Config, using XFree86 -configure, and it detected my
graphics card as an nVidia Riva Ultra 64. This is, as far as I am aware,
incorrect. It is an nVidia Riva TNT2 M64. These may be the same. I don't
know.
What I do know is that with 3.3.6, if I loaded the glx module, I got 3d
acceleration. Now I get the message I put in the last message. Even when I
manually insert the Load "glx" line into XF86Config, still
nothing. However, X takes noticably longer to start with the option
present.
I am totally at a loss, so any help would be appreciated.
