That means that all of the central services stuff is owned by the CIA. 
(in my own experience).  You'll never prove it though.

Well, I did try to suggest that something was wrong somewhere but a
bunch of the usual crowd made me look like a lunatic and that was the
end of it.   When I say the "usual crowd" I mean the same people who
worked me over when I lived outside this country.

Well, you *have* confirmed everything about this country that I know to
be true :-)  Couldn't care less, charge ten times more than anyone else
and wonder why something is wrong at the end of it ?

Only people I know that do things this way are the American security
services.  We had the same trouble in the seventies with the Russian
security services (still have ? )
