While I have no idea how to do the MS Exchange bit, I do know that the
multiple accounts thingy is easy enough. Depending on what you want to
configure things as, you've got several options:
(i) Make the entire network seem 'internal' and let Sendmail weave it's magic
to create a sensible external view of the world. This way you can have
internal mail without it going to the outside world first.
(ii) Make the MS boxes deliver mail direct (if you can). Makes
sendmail/fetchmail set up sooooo easy.
(iii) Get all the MS boxes to send their mail through sendmail, but already
looking like it's from the outside world. This can make your box a
spammer's paradise, but it's easy to do.
The constant here is fetchmail config. man fetchmail (or similar) will tell
you how to do that.
The sendmail bit is harder. If you want to go for item (i), wait a couple
of days, then e-mail me and I'll give you the URL for my notes on an
upcoming ManLUG talk on this very subject. (Come to the talk, even!). Why
can't I give you the address now? Because the notes aren't written yet...
Otherwise, variants of the config presented in the Mail-Queue mini-HOWTO
will do the trick - with some relaxation on the default anti-spam paranoia
settings (which under other circumstances are highly recommended).
