Mail Server setup

I am trying to setup a linux server(SuSE 6.3), I have SAMBA working fine. I
am now trying to set it up as a mail server, using Sendmail, and Fetchmail.
The clients I am using are Win 98 with Outlook 98. How do I need to setup
the Server side to collect mail from multiple POP3/IMAP(ISP) accounts and
distribute the users accounts. Also how do the clients need to be setup to
access the server(in MS Exchange style)
