Don't get discouraged by comments about your webpage, if you like it then
everything's OK. However, if you are intending to disseminate information,
it is useful if the people it is intended for (in our case often on old and
substandard 'work' terminals running old browsers) can actually access the
information. I have been struggling with updates to my own websites for a
while now and find I am having severe trouble sorting out one page to
display the same on IE5 and Netscrape, so doing the same for old-time
browsers is obviously going to be a pain unless you restrict yourself to a
simple text-only page (perhaps as a clickable alternative).
