[Sheflug] Problems installing GDK

Dear all,

Yes, it's me again, with yet more installation problems.  This time, I'm trying
to install GDK (gdk-pixbuf-0.4) and the following error occurs after doing the
usual ./configure thing:

checking for glib-config... /usr/local/bin/glib-config
checking for GLIB - version >= 1.2.0... yes
checking for gtk-config... /usr/local/bin/gtk-config
checking for GTK - version >= 1.2.0... yes
checking for libart-config... no
configure: error: Failed to find libart-config

I've done extensive searching around (on the Internet and on my SuSE 6.3 CD's)
but all to no avail.  Anyone know what libart is and where I get it from? 
Apparently, I may also need libart-dev, but had similar problems in locating
this thing.
