http://www.levien.com/libart/. But you should have had it installed with
GNOME; I presume you've not installed that? It's in gnomecore, I think,
although I may be wrong.

xyz-dev usually means the full source code to xyz; otherwise, you may only
be getting a pre-compiled binary. Sometimes adding the header file counts as
'-dev' too.
