[Sheflug] Assorted newbie problems

Wow!  I just typed kmail into a xterm prompt and it flew up.  I never realised
that it could do that in my five months' Linuxing.  Why don't they have
big adverts for this kind of stuff on the box?  What?  They do?

I'm still going to try to do things "the old-fashioned way", but this is handy
as Kmail is the only thing I use KDE for.
