yes..... i use virgin.net.
£15 per month - tech support (if you want it)  [at]  local rate call.

service is excellent (ie quick connection and so far have never had to dial
more than once to get a connection) 
there's no restriction on connection time either :-)

i registered with NTLWorld.com six weeks ago... still haven't heard from them
about the free service (exactly one month after launch of the service!!!) i
had been using the peny a minute service which was appauling.... it generally
took 5 - 6 attempts to get a connection (my record was a fifteen minute wait to
connect!) and technical support was completly usless (didn't want to help!)

strongly recommend virgin.net though :-)
