I'm using freeserve unlimited time. £10 a month for unlimited access 24/7
(but they chuck you off after 2 hours).

They are having a few teething problems at the moment, so for the
past couple of days I haven't always been able to get online. Before that
it was pretty good. So if they fix their current problems I recommend it.
If not I don't.
