Bluefish isn't hard, and very good. Although that's because you pretty
much have to write the code yourself. As long as you know the difference
between transitional & strict and things like that, you're away. It
doesn't do much xml/css stuff though, which is annoying. I personally also
refuse to use Netscape on the same grounds - CSS support in NS is
disgracefully bad (browsing, not deComposing ;)

Something between Dreamweaver and NetObjects Fusion would be good.
