Not if the rest of us can help it you're not. They're going to be
GPL'd, whereby anyone who receives underpants is freely entitled
to pass them on to whomever they please PROVIDED that any changes
they may make to their state are identified as such and in
such a way that the original state in which they received them
can be restored ...
