[Sheflug] Office FAQ

Hello all,

As the tile says, this *MUST* be a FAQ, but I can't for my life
remember the answer. Basically, I plan to install a Linux box for
someone who is forced to use Word documents (haven't got a clue about
the version. Presumably 97 that runs on NT?). I have limited HD space,
so I'd rather avoid installing StarOffice (which I think to be quite
useless, but that's a personal remark :D). I also have a CD with a copy
of Corel's WP 8 (which I like better, but that's because I only used
Wordperfect 5.1 in the Amiga :D), which is smaller and I think slightly
faster. Moreover, I have a number of dictionaries that came with it,
which would be useful in my scenario.

My only problem here is that I installed WP 8 a loooong time
ago, and I couldn't export files to word format (I seem to recall that
some library was missing or something like that). I know SO copes with
Word files fine, but what about the standard-cover disk version of WP
8.0? Does anyone have any ideas?

	Cheers,
	José
