[Sheflug] Public port redirector

Does anyone know of a public port redirector.

I have just started using callnet as my ISP (when I don't require a fast
connection), but they block all connections to port 119 other than on their
news server. I use the public news server news.cis.dfn.de as the service on
the callnet news server is rubbish.

What I want to be able to do is connect to an arbitary port on any machine
which will redirect to port 119 on news.cis.dfn.de.

Any ideas
